Grace Tayeh, Manager
Grace Tayeh is a graduate of the International College of Hospitality Management César Ritz. In 2005, she began her career in Hospitality as a Food and Beverage Floating Supervisor and was part of the Pre-Opening Management Team for the Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center. Grace’s expertise comes from supervising all areas of food service and providing support to all departments. This included the Fine Dining Restaurant “Altitude”, known for its “Mile High” elevation and Eclectic American Cuisine. Grace continued her career with Hyatt as an Outlets Manager at the Hyatt Regency Long Island. She managed the “Nu Restaurant and Lounge” rated, in 2007, as the finest Hotel Restaurant on Long Island. In 2007, Grace joined the Maine Maid Inn bringing her knowledge and passion for food service and hospitality.
